Kim is a
Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor.
She is an accomplished dancer and performer from Hamburg, Germany, and has
appeared in numerous TV shows and commercials. Kim is available for
in-home personal training in Brentwood and the Los Angeles westside.
Kim has been teaching fitness for almost a
decade, the last five years of which have been at several prestigious
fitness centers in Los Angeles, California. She is combining her extensive
knowledge of fitness, movement, anatomy and body alignment to guide her
clients to physical awareness, strength, coordination and to achieving
personal fitness goals.
Kim teaches numerous exciting fitness formats, including, Spinning, Urban
Rebounding, Aqua Aerobics and puts an inspiring spin on strength
and flexibility training.
